Canvas UGC
A Canvas account is a new TikTok or Instagram account a creator runs for your brand. Brands run them for organic reach, content testing, product launches, traffic and sales.
Volume from one brief
Ten creators posting five times a week is fifty new videos a week, from one brief and one weekly charge.
Tracked account by account
Each account is verified with a code in its bio, and its followers and every post's views are tracked.
CPM bonuses on top of the rate
Pay $1 to $50 per 1,000 views on top of the rate, capped per video and counted over 7 or 14 days.
Your whole UGC program runs here. No DMs, spreadsheets or invoices to chase.
Write one brief, then choose your creators
Set the rate, the videos a week and what to say. Creators apply with a pitch, and you accept the ones you want.
- You set the rate, from $5 a video
- Ask every applicant a screening question
- Invite creators you already work with by link
Review every video against your brief
Approve it, or send a note and get a new version. Each point in your brief is a box to tick, and a video you don't review within 48 hours is approved.
One to three rounds of changes
You choose how many when you set up the campaign.
Rejected videos aren't paid
Turn down a video that misses the brief, and it isn't paid.
Message every creator
Write to one creator, or to everyone on the campaign at once.
An AI assistant that works inside the app
It sets up campaigns, finds and invites creators, checks videos against your brief, explains your results and chases what's waiting. You confirm every change.
Cross-platform analytics, down to the video
Views, engagement and cost per 1,000 views for every post on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, by creator, campaign and platform.
Read from the platforms
Every 3 hours for a post's first 3 days, then daily for 30 days.
What every view cost
Spend is what you paid, so every video, creator and campaign has its own cost per 1,000 views.
CPM bonuses, checked
Canvas posts are read on the same schedule, and checked for bought views before a bonus is paid.
Pay every creator in one place
Creators are paid every week through Stripe, and every payout is worked out for you, line by line.
One charge a week
It covers every creator on a campaign, plus the 5% fee. Creators keep 100% of the rate you set.
KYC through Stripe Connect
Every creator verifies their identity before their first payout, so you know where each one is based.
Holds and credit
Each payout is held 48 hours before it's released, and pay for a video that never arrives comes back as credit.

Questions brands ask about UGC
Write to support@ugcprogram.com about anything we haven't answered here, and we'll reply.
Who is UGC Program for?
Brands and apps that want new short videos every week for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, and want to run it themselves: ecommerce and DTC brands, apps and software, and the agencies that run UGC for them. You choose the creators and approve every video; UGC Program is the software to run it, track it and pay for it.
What is Canvas UGC?
Canvas UGC is short video posted on new TikTok or Instagram accounts made for one brand. Each creator runs one account for you and posts several times a week, so one brief brings high-volume UGC on fresh accounts, for organic reach, content testing, launches, traffic or sales. Every Canvas account is verified with a code in its bio, its views are tracked on every post, and you can add CPM bonuses of $1 to $50 per 1,000 views on top of the rate.
When can we start?
We're opening UGC Program to a first group of brands. Get early access and tell us what you sell; a person reads every request, and we'll email you when your account opens.
Will creators apply to my campaign?
We're new, so we won't promise a number. Your campaign is listed in Discover, where creators browse open briefs, and it has its own link to send to creators you know. You can also invite creators from the creator directory, and for the first campaigns our co-founder Leah brings in creators from her UGC agency.
What if a video isn't what we asked for?
Send a note and get a new version, with one round of changes unless you set up to three. Reject a video and it isn't paid. A video you don't review within 48 hours is approved.
Does it work for apps and software?
Yes. Creators use your app on their own phone or screen, on camera or as a screen recording. Put the format in the talking points, and arrange any access in chat. Analytics count views, engagement and cost per 1,000 views on every post; we don't track installs, so those stay in your attribution tool.
Who owns the videos, and can we run them as ads?
The creator keeps the copyright, and you can use every delivered video on your own channels, worldwide and forever. Ad rights are sold by time: included on every video, or bought later on only the ones that work. On creator posts you can also run Spark Ads from the creator's own account, for a monthly fee.
When are we charged, and can we pause?
Your plan is billed monthly. Each creator's pay is charged a week ahead, plus the 5% platform fee. Pause anytime, and a paused campaign has no weekly charge; pay for videos that weren't delivered becomes credit.
How is this different from an agency?
An agency chooses and manages creators for you. Here you choose the creators and set the rate yourself, and the brief, videos, chat, views and pay sit in one app your whole team shares, for a monthly plan.
What should we pay a creator?
You set the rate, from $5 a video. On creator platforms in 2026, brands typically pay $40 to $200 for a UGC video and $10 to $40 for a Canvas video.
A note from our co-founder
Most UGC fails before anyone presses record. I run a UGC agency, so I see it from the inside. You need a clear brief, a rate you set, creators you picked yourself and a clock on every draft. UGC Program is built on those four things. For the first campaigns, I'm bringing in creators from my agency.
