Film to the brief on your phone. The brand approves it or asks for a change.

Three kinds of paid work
Every brief shows its type, its pay and its rules before you pitch. Two of the three need no followers at all.
See what one campaign pays
Every brief sets the rate, the videos a week and the weeks, so you can add up the pay first.
Brands set the numbers on each brief.
Canvas UGC: get paid to grow a brand's new account
A Canvas account is a new TikTok or Instagram account you run for one brand. Brands pay for every video you post there, campaigns run for weeks, and many add CPM bonuses on top.
No followers needed
The account starts from zero.
Paid for every video
48 hours after it's live.
CPM bonuses on top
On campaigns that offer them, every 1,000 views adds to your rate.
Yours to keep
The account stays yours. Rename it if the brand asks.
Work you deliver is always paid, even if a campaign ends early.
Your rate is locked
Once you're accepted, it changes only if you agree.
Funded before you film
Brands pay each week in advance.
No reply means approved
A video not reviewed in 48 hours is approved.
Low views never cost you
No brand can dispute a video over views.
An AI assistant for everything, from finding work to getting paid
It finds campaigns that fit you, drafts your pitch, keeps track of what's due and when you're paid, and answers questions about a brief. You check and send everything yourself.
You need a phone, not a following
For UGC videos and Canvas UGC, brands choose you by your pitch and a sample, not your follower count.

Questions creators ask about UGC jobs
Write to support@ugcprogram.com about anything we haven't answered here, and we'll reply.
What happens after I apply?
A person reviews every application. We're opening to creators in groups as brands' campaigns open, starting with our first group, and we'll email you when your account is ready.
Is it free?
Yes. You never pay to join or to apply. You keep 100% of your rate, and brands pay our 5% fee on top.
Is there work on here yet?
We're new, so we won't promise a number. For the first campaigns, our co-founder Leah brings in brands from her agency, and any brand can send you its campaign link.
Do I need followers?
Not for UGC videos or Canvas UGC: UGC videos need no social account at all, and a Canvas account starts from zero. Sponsored posts go on your own page and need at least 1,000 followers, with recent views to match.
Do I have to show my face?
Only if the brief asks. Its talking points and do's and don'ts say how to film, so you know before you pitch. Some briefs are hands only, and some ask for a screen recording.
How do I get the product, or the app?
The brief says. A product is shipped to you after you're accepted, to keep or to send back. For an app or software nothing ships: you use it on your own phone or computer, and the brand covers any access.
When and how am I paid?
Through Stripe, to your own bank account. UGC videos: 48 hours after approval. Canvas UGC: 48 hours after your post is live. Withdraw any amount; standard withdrawals are free. Stripe checks your identity once before your first payout.
What if a brand disputes a video?
A brand can dispute only in the 48 hours before payout, on set grounds, and never for low views. You can answer it, accept it or take it to our team, and one left undecided for 14 days closes in your favor.
Can I join from outside the US?
Yes, from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the EU. Some campaigns accept only certain countries, and the brief says so. Payouts go through Stripe, so you need a country it pays out to.
Do I keep my videos?
Yes. You keep the copyright. The brand may use each delivered video on its own channels, forever, and running it as a paid ad costs it extra, all of which you keep. Nobody may make a digital replica of you, and no brand may ask for your password or ask you to hide an ad disclosure.
A note from our co-founder
Ignore anyone who tells you to grow a following before you make UGC. When the brand posts your video, nobody counts your followers; they count how many people stayed past your first line. That's a craft, and here it's paid by the video, at a rate you see before you pitch. For the first campaigns, I'm bringing in brands from my agency.
